Jason is an attorney and former Foreign Service Attaché with the United States Department of State. Having served in the Counterterrorism Bureau and the Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons, Jason has handled issues relating to Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and North America. Jason has legal expertise in export controls, and has counseled clients on matters relating to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Mr. Martin’s compliance expertise is complimented by his direct connections to the Department of State, Department of Defense, and Defense Security Cooperation Agency.

Paddy is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel, and attack helicopter pilot, with over 40 years of experience in aviation, aerospace, Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO), and transportation. He is the Former Executive Director at Orange County Transportation Agency, and has served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer/President of a highly successful aerospace maintenance, training, and logistics company with domestic and international business contracts approaching $1B in value.
